PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic detent coil device, having high productivity. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic detent coil device 1, that is provided with a core 7 for adsorbing an adsorption plate 3 by an electromagnetic force generated in a coil 2 and has a deep groove 6 for storing and packaging the coil 2 in the core 7, the core 7 is divided into three portions comprising a columnar-shaped center pole 20 to be disposed inside the coil 2, a cylindrical- shaped case 40 to be disposed outside the coil 2, and an annular yoke 30 which is made to face each other and dispose in one end of the coil 2, and a deep groove 6 is formed among the center pole 20, the case 40, and the yoke 30.
