PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducer that prevents external leakage of radiated sound of different frequencies emitting from the sections of a vehicle and thus reduces external noise, and that is well handleable and easily practicable. SOLUTION: Radiated sound emitting from an engine 10, a transmission 11 and the like in an engine room 7 of a vehicle is led into a group of sound absorbing tubes 1 in a bumper 5 at the vehicle front. The sound absorbing tube group 1 comprises hollow resonant tubes 4 with an opening to the radiated sound emission side and a bottom 3, and the hollow resonant tubes 4 have tube lengths corresponding to the frequencies of the incident radiated sound, which is resonated for abatement. The sound absorbing tube group 1 is integrally arranged in the bumper 5, and is thus well handleable and simple in construction.
