PURPOSE: A vacuum panel structure and a method for assembling the same, and a method for manufacturing a vacuum panel are provided to obtain excellent thermal insulation efficiency, easily install and disassemble the structure, and reduce the manufacturing cost in case of standardizing constituent elements of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum panel structure(100) includes a skeleton(120) forming a frame of the structure, at least one vacuum panel(160) mounted at the skeleton, and a gap compensating element(140) mounted between the vacuum panel and the skeleton, wherein the skeleton includes a support frame(122) having a ruler-shaped section, a fixing plate(130) connecting two support frames, and flanges(132) formed at both ends of the section contacted to the gap compensating element.
