SOLUTION: The secondary battery is manufactured by using the lithium- titanium multiple oxide which is obtained by forming spherical secondary particles having 1-50 μm particle size by aggregating primary particles and has 0.5-10 m2/g specific surface area and the principal component of which consists of Li4/3Ti5/3O4. |
