<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-power control device behind a plane receiving wind for adjusting the draft volume or the draft pressure on the plane. SOLUTION: This wind-power control device comprises a generator 4, a vertical shaft 5 rotatably connected with the generator 4, a vertical vane 7 fixed by a support vane 6 radially extending from the vertical shaft 5, a cylindrical wind plane 2 forming the periphery of the wind-power control device, and a draft adjusting means 3 for moving the wind plane 2 vertically.</p> |
