PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide holding bedding (holding pillow) with ease of use. SOLUTION: Stuffing with quantity for enabling traveling to be made easily is enclosed into a rod-shaped bedding side to allow a play space part to remain in the rod-shaped bedding side, thus composing a holding bedding (holding pillow) in a state that can be folded arbitrarily. A user can bend the holding bedding in an arbitrary, desired shape according to feeling at that time, and can use it in diversified usage features. In this case, the user always can use the holding bedding in a state accustomed to the user's body according to the move of the stuffing being enclosed into the rod-shaped bedding side.
