A baffle plate with rectangular sections (10,10'), is arranged inside the water flow path of venturi channel. The cross-sectional areas of sections (10,10') is reduced along flow direction such that the curvature lines (11,12) of water stream increase with the distance from the base of channel. The baffle sections are cut vertically with respect to the flow path. The curvature lines of water stream from the boundary wall, is tangential to the narrow cross-section. The baffle section has projection, which extends along the upstream side of channel. A venturi nozzle with narrow cross-section, is provided in the channel.
