The retaining arrangement for a blade which can slide axially in the disc (2) comprises a blade wedging part (7). The wedging part is joint with an axially directed stop surface (27) which finishes either on a disc portion or on a wedging part (30). The wedging part or the disc portion is partially flexible and a specified play (35) exists in the axial direction between either a disc portion (34) or a portion of a wedge part joint with the disc. The play is taken up when a specified axial force is exerted on the blade.
