SOLUTION: A protective layer is formed on the substrate of a solar cell, at the same time, an opening window is punched, a first metal layer 24 is deposited (S200, S202, and S204), a first insulator layer 26c made of silicon oxide is glued (coated) (S206), a second insulator layer 26d made of polyamide is deposited (coated) and at the same time, is cured (S208 and S210), and a second metal layer 28 is deposited (S212).</p>
