<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell that planarizes the substrate surface to be soldered to an electrode substrate for fully securing conductivity, and at the same time, preventing voids or solder fatigue from occurring frequently in a method for manufacturing a solar cell that is made of a silicon substrate with a double-layer metal structure. SOLUTION: A protective layer is formed on the substrate of a solar cell, at the same time, an opening window is punched, a first metal layer 24 is deposited (S200, S202, and S204), a first insulator layer 26c made of silicon oxide is glued (coated) (S206), a second insulator layer 26d made of polyamide is deposited (coated) and at the same time, is cured (S208 and S210), and a second metal layer 28 is deposited (S212).</p> |
