METHOD FOR CHARGING COKE OVEN CARBONIZATION CHAMBER WITH COAL AT REGULAR VOLUME USING CHARGING DENSITY MEASURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for charging a coke oven carbonization chamber with coal at regular volume using a charging density measuring system is provided to present appropriate amount of coal when a driver of a charging car charges with coal at the wanted volume, thereby stabilizing a work for a coke oven. CONSTITUTION: A method for charging a coke oven carbonization chamber with coal at regular volume using a charging density measuring system includes the steps of measuring moisture and grading of coal transferred to a charging car, transmitting the measured data to the charging density measuring system for measuring charging density changing every moment according to moisture and grading of coal(ST11-ST13); transmitting the value measured by the charging density measuring system to the charging car, thereby charging with appropriate amount of coal to reach regular coal volume(ST14-ST16).
