PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system that can eliminate the problem of a television receiver in the image output system at its power OFF state and allows an operator to confirm captured information without fail. SOLUTION: The image output system consists of an information capture means 1 that captures image and voice information, a trigger means 2 that starts the information capture means 1, an information output means 4 that outputs the captured information to an output device, a notice means 3 that informs an operator about the fact of information on capture in advance, before the captured information is outputted to the output device, a response means 5 that responds to the information captured by the information capture means 1, and a television receiver 13 used for an information output device that outputs the captured information. Even when the power of the television receiver 13 is interrupted, the image output system can output image and voice information or the like that has been captured at the application of power to the television receiver 13.
