PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-line carrier communication system that can execute communication on all the tracks without causing a reflected wave and a standing wave due to a communication signal in power-line carrier communication. SOLUTION: A termination circuit 600 is provided at a termination point Tb of feeder lines 200. This termination circuit 600 consists of an impedance matching resistor R and an LC series resonance circuit 601 that is resonated at a frequency of AC power supplied from a high frequency power supply 100. In the case of communication between a ground side and a carrier 501 via the feeder lines 200, the resistor R prevents a reflected wave of the communication signal from being caused at the termination point Tb. Thus, the communication is attained over the entire area of the feeder lines 200. Furthermore, when the LC series resonance circuit 601 is resonated at the frequency of the AC power supplied from the high frequency power supply 100, the termination point Tb is short-circuited in terms of AC. Thus, AC power is supplied to the feeder lines 200 via the LC series resonance circuit 601 to attain noncontact feeding to the carrier 501.
