PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical written record device which can present problem information of high utility value. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a storage part 141 which stores information regarding problem points of a patient to be treated and clinical consultation information relating the problem points, an information display control part 131 which reads the information regarding the problem points and the clinical consultation information out of the storage part 141 and shapes the information to generate an image presenting the problem points, and an output device 300 which displays the presenting image of the problem points generated by the control part 131; and the information display control part 131 generates the presenting image of the problem points which is in the form of a list having the problem points on the ordinate and the data on the abscissa and increases in the number of rows each time a new program point is generated and the number of columns each time at least a problem point of a patient is generated and changes, ends, and quits. |
