PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a higher vacuum and higher pressure than a conventional type, and to reduce the final delivery temperature by compressing fluid by a screw lead part inscribed in a casing when transferring a suction fluid to the delivery side from the suction side in the casing in a spiraxial screw fluid machine. SOLUTION: The spiraxial screw fluid machine for steplessly compressing the inside up to the rotor tail end from suction according to rotation of a rotor is constituted between a rotor spiral surface and a corresponding fluide space. Thus, since a compression mechanism is constituted in a screw lead part, a higher vacuum and higher pressure can be secured than a conventional spiraxial screw fluid machine. The total length of the rotor can be shortened than the conventional type in the screw lead part.
