PURPOSE: A method of allotting channels and time slots on a time division multiplex(TDM) system is provided to allot proper channel and time slots to each slave by receiving information of channel and time slot from the master through a channel for this purpose at the initiation. CONSTITUTION: In the method of allotting channels and time slots, in (S10), the system checks whether there is any slave to be initialized. In (S12), if there is no slave to be initialized, the process moves back to (S10). If any, the process moves to (S14). In (S14), a response request message is sent to the salve to be initialized. In (S16), the system checks whether the response time is surpassed. If it is, the process moves (S18). If not, the process moves back to (S14). In (S18), the system checks if the slave responds to the request message. If the slave responds, the process moves to (S22). If not, the process moves to (S20). In (S20), the process moves to the next slave to be initialized. In (S22), the master sends the initialization information to the slave. |
