SOLUTION: A first motor 7 for rotationally driving an agitation blade 3 and a washing and spin dry drum 2 and a second motor 15 for driving a pump 14 are driven through the same inverter circuit and a series of the processes of washing, rinsing and spin dry, etc., are controlled. A control means executes the pre washing drum rotation process of stopping the second motor 15, rotating the first motor 7 and rotationally driving the washing and spin dry drum 2 at the water level of at least one stage lower than a prescribed water level detected by water level detection means 9 when operating the pump 14 and supplying bath water or the like.
