PURPOSE: A portable digital album is provided to be capable of easily protecting and conveying a digital album as well as reproducing recorded image data even in outdoor environment without an AC power supply. CONSTITUTION: A digital album(10) has an LCD(12), a card inserting hole(16) and a plurality of function operating keys(14). A semiconductor card(20) can be inserted into the card inserting hole(16). A storage housing(30) for housing the digital album(10) has a movable cover(32). A battery(40) is mounted within the storage housing(30) and is designed to be charged. A connector electrically connects the battery(40) and the digital album(10). Preferably, the connector consists of a rectangular slot(18) formed on a rear surface of the digital album(10) and a connecting plate(34) on a bottom of the housing(30) to be inserted into the slot(18).
