PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-screen display device in which eyeball fatigue is reduced and multi-screen display is realized though uninterested window screen is displaying moving picture image having violent movements and changes in luminance. SOLUTION: A means is provided to specify a window of interest in which a user is interested most among windows being displayed on a multi-screen simultaneous display so that decision is made for the source attributes (for example, the amount of movement of a moving picture and program contents in the case of television) of uninterested windows that are other than the window of interest being displayed. When a decided source attribute lies in a display attributes having the possibility of making a problem (the luminance level, frame rate or window size), process are made to reduce the window size of the uninterested window, to reduce the luminance or to drop a frame.
