PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of dieseling phenomenon, and prevent reduction of the number of revolutions during idle operation and a stop of idle operation. SOLUTION: It is decided at a step S111 whether or not an idle stop flag F-IDLSTP is (1). When a decision result is (YES), i.e., during a stop of an internal combustion engine body, 0% is set at a target purge control valve drive duty value PGCMD (a step S105) and zero is set at a target purge flow rate QPGC (a step S106). In the case of a decision result being (NO), i.e., during operation of the internal combustion engine body, calculation processing of PGCMD is executed (a step S112). During a stop of the internal combustion engine body, execution of purge is stopped. Through the increase of a flow rate of air flowing in the internal combustion engine body, the air is compressed, the dieseling phenomenon is prevented from occurring, and the occurrence of vibration to the internal combustion engine body is suppressed.
