PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance for analysis and certification which can simply and easily sample a liquid specimen present on a ware formed of an organic material, a synthetic resin material, a glass material, or the like, and supply the specimen for the microscopic infrared ray spectrometry. SOLUTION: A projecting portion 2 projecting in the direction B different from the longitudinal direction A of a bar-like handle is formed on the bar-like handle 1, a tip of the projecting portion 2 is formed of a metal surface 3, and the metal surface 3 at the tip of the projecting portion is a holding portion of the liquid specimen.
