PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device by which wiring and mounting of a speaker are not required. SOLUTION: A cylinder section 2 that is formed to be telescopic by concentrically placing nodes 2A, 2B, 2C whose diameters are stepwise reduced is placed to the left of an operation panel section 1A of an acoustic device main body 1, and a speaker 3 is mounted at the tip of the node 2C having the minimum diameter.
