PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a laminated ceramic capacitor which is superior in resistance to breakdown strength and electrostatics, taking notice of the tip end shape of an inner electrode. SOLUTION: An inner electrode 1, having a specified width whose tip end edge 10 extending from one end of a dielectric 2 to the inside of a plane but not reaching the other end, is trimmed nonlinearly by at least more than 1.2 times, preferably 1.2 to 5.0 times the scanning length of a width W of electrode, and a dielectric layer 2 are mutually laminated plurally, thereby composing a laminated chip body.
