The panels comprise a seal of natural or synthetic/elastically deformable material, e.g. neoprene. One side of the seal is clamped in a recess in the edge of one of the elements to be connected. The other side has a flexible tip which presses elastically against the opposite edge of the other elements to be connected to the first edge.
