PURPOSE: A lubricating system is provided to enhance the lubrication performance of an engine by preventing non-filtered oil from being supplied to an engine lubricating part. CONSTITUTION: A lubricating system of a vehicle engine comprises an oil pump pumping an oil stored in an oil pan, an oil filter filtering the pumped oil from the oil pump and supplying to an engine lubrication part(55), a cold-start line(60) connected from a front part of the oil filter to the rear part to make the oil directly supplied to the engine lubrication part at cold start, a bypass line(70) opened and filtering the oil when the pressure between the oil pump and the oil filter is over the prescribed value and then supplying the oil to the engine lubrication part or returning to the oil pan.
