PURPOSE: A buffer pad to support rails is provided to reduce the impact and vibration transferred to the concrete road pad, so that the concrete road pad is prevented from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A buffer pad comprises an elastic buffer plate(25), a projected part and a buffer part. The elastic buffer-pad is installed on concrete road bed(20) by a fastening member(27,28). A clip(22) is inserted in a fixing plate(23,24), and presses the flange of rails(21). A projected part(30) is projected from the buffer pad, and corresponding to a bonding groove of a fixing board(26). The buffer part is formed at the bottom of the buffer plate, and absorbs the impact and vibration transferred to the concrete road pad.
