PURPOSE: The system for managing the apartment using the internet is provided to manage a meter such as a gas meter in remote, impose a fee according to the meter by remotely reading the meter, control and monitor a home appliance for the house. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a home repeater(230), a central repeater(240), and a management server(250). The home repeater transfers a signal, which is perceived from each meter device, to the management server, or controls every home appliance in the remote by using the internet via the central repeater. The central repeater, which is disposed between the home repeater and the management server, processes the I/O(Input and Output) data of the home repeater, and controls extra public devices, such as a main water meter, a CCTV, a street-lamp etc. The management server, which stores data measured from each meter device, sends the data to a management company by request, or enables a remote user to check and control every home appliance by using the internet.
