PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe cosmetic composition which has an excellent antipruritic effect and an excellent moisture-retaining effect and relaxes and improves atopic dermatosis and the like. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition which has an excellent antipruritic effect and an excellent moisture-retaining effect, characterized by formulating the extract of Sarcodon aspratus (Berk.) S. Ito. Further, the cosmetic composition characterized by formulating the extract of Sarcodon aspratus (Berk.) S. Ito and at least one selected from a Glycyrrhiza glabra extract, stearyl glycyrrhetate and dipotassium glycyrrhetate. |
