<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a connection admission at high speed and to attain a connection set optimal to a network condition by cyclically detecting whether or not there is a specified band regardless of whether there is a connection set request of a communication terminal or not. SOLUTION: In a virtual pass VP set in a transmission line between two exchanges LS on a transmission side and a reception side for containing a communication terminal TE, a virtual connection admission control(CAC) is cyclically performed from an exchange LS. An exchange LS on a transmission side has a cyclic CAC request generation part 2 for cyclic generating a virtual CAC in a route concerned, a service class (QoS) for enabling CAC, and a route performance table 1 for storing a route and a band. A repeater exchange TS and an exchange LS on a reception side perform CAC of a request virtual connection at a CAC calculation part and a virtual CAC band storage part and a timer control a progress of the virtual CAC and a holding and release of a traffic.</p> |
