PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control device capable of selectively transferring an output of an electric motor and a manual operation force inputted to a manual operation member to a transmission operation shaft. SOLUTION: When the output of the electric motor 12 rotates a sun gear 154, the rotation of the sun gear 154 makes a pinion 160 rotate or revolute. When a manual lever 204 rotates and drives a ring gear 165, the rotation of the ring gear 165 makes the pinion 160 rotate or revolute about the sun gear 154. The revolution of the pinion 160 rotates a carrier member 162 for supporting the pinion 160 and the transmission operation shaft 28 connected to the carrier member 162. Therefore, the output of the electric motor 12 and the manual operation force inputted to the manual lever 204 can selectively transferred to the transmission operation shaft, 28.
