PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of facilitating the preparation of a document on an article such as an estimate and ordering work by processing bar code information. SOLUTION: A bar code list with printed article bar code, instruction bar code and document bar code is outputted from a printing part 4. When the document bar code on the bar code list is read by a bar code reader 11, a corresponding document is read out of a document form storage part 8 and displayed on a display part 9. When the article bar code is read by the bar code reader 11 in the state of displaying the document form, the information of a corresponding article is inputted to the document form. When ordering the inputted article, by reading the 'order' of the instruction bar code, an order instruction can be executed. |
