PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean a pipe receiving liquid discharged from a liquid container without any contamination by dust or a foreign matter. SOLUTION: In a liquid container measuring and discharging device having a pipe connecting device 70 and a pipe lid 90, the pipe connecting device 70 can be switched between at least two positions; a waiting position for separating a connecting port 72 of a pipe 71 from a discharging port 18 of the liquid container 10 and a connecting position for abutting it to the discharging port 18. The pipe lid 90 can be put on the connecting port 72 of the pipe 71 in the waiting position and is provided with a cleaning nozzle 98 supplying cleaning liquid to the pipe 71.
