PURPOSE:To improve the peel strength of a flexible printed circuit board for piezoelectric element without disturbing the vibration of an oscillatory wave driving equipment, to stabilize the vibration characteristics and also to attenuate the vibration of the flexible printed circuit board itself. CONSTITUTION:A flexible printed circuit board 1 is adhered and fixed with an adhesive 8 to a single surface of a piezoelectric element 2 jointed to the one side of a vibrating body 3, and the electrodes 5 and 9 of the piezoelectric element and the flexible printed circuit board are made conductive each other in an oscillatory wave driving equipment, and a thermosetting rubber-based adhesive is used for adhesion and also as sheet-shaped adhering agent. |
