PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately remove skirt cloth from a sewing machine after finishing the rolled hemming of a skirt. SOLUTION: After this sewing machine for rolled hemming of a skirt having a binder 62 for rolling cylindrical skirt cloth C set in a double folded state upstream from a needle 68 and cloth feeding rollers 32A, B for feeding the rolledly hemmed skirt cloth a downstream finishes sewing up to a sewing finish position while doing feed in a state of imparting prescribed tensile force to the above skirt cloth C from the inside by a skirt stretching lever 66, a step part G for sewing up front cloth and rear cloth performs control for idly backwardly feeding the skirt cloth C by the cloth feeding rollers 32 up to becoming a noninterfering position slipping out of the cloth feeding rollers 3 and a clot presser 72 being a restricting member for restricting the skirt cloth in the vicinity of a needle falling position at sewing time.
