PURPOSE: An optical pick-up assembly is to simplify the structure of the assembly so that the assembly is much thinner and lighter, and reduce vibrating frequency of the assembly upon tilt controlling of the assembly, thereby stably controlling the assembly. CONSTITUTION: An objective lens(111) is mounted on a bobbin(110). An elastic supporting portion elastically support the bobbin to be movable with respect to a holder(120) disposed on a base(100). A focus coil(112) and a tracking coil(113) are disposed at the bobbin to form a current path for driving the objective lens in a focus and tracking direction. A tilt coil(114) is disposed at the bobbin to form a current path for tilt driving of the objective lens. The first magnet(130) and the first yoke(131) generate electromagnetic force for driving the objective lens, by the current flowing through the focus coil and the tracking coil. The second magnet(140) and the second yoke(141) generate electromagnetic force for driving the objective lens, by the current flowing through the tilt coil. And a position detecting sensor(201,202) detects a relative inclination of the objective lens with respect to a disk. One end of the elastic supporting portion is fixed to the holder, and the other end is fixed to the bobbin. The elastic supporting portion has a plurality of wires each of which has a middle portion folded in the form of zigzag.
