PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing valve advantageous in reducing a piping space and in securing an outward appearance. SOLUTION: An opening/closing valve has a first port 62 and a second port 72 in mutually separate positions, and has a housing 61 having flood ports 63, 73 communicating with a water passing passage and a piston 64 being arranged in the housing 61 and being a valve mechanism for supplying/stopping water to the water passing passage via the flood ports 63, 73. The second port 72 communicates with the first port 62 regardless of supply/stopping of water to the water passing passage.
