SOLUTION: In an enclosure where an upper surface is covered with transparent glass or double-layer transparent glass and the other surfaces are all surrounded by a heat insulator, a heat reception panel with an air vector having an air hole and at the same time a heat-storing material such as brick are spread for achieving heat-storing effect and at the same time radiation loss is reduced and air is heated.
