PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a vinylether having a desired substituting group in its molecule easily in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: This method for producing a vinylether expressed by the general formula (4) is provided by performing an ether-interchanging reaction of an alkylvinylether expressed by the general formula (1) with an alcohol expressed by the general formula (2) to produce the vinylether expressed by the general formula (4) and an alcohol expressed by the general formula (5) while distilling off the alcohol expressed by the general formula (5) to the out of the reaction system.
