PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a buffer cylinder, miniaturize it, and surely provide a buffer effect. SOLUTION: A head side oil chamber 12a of boom cylinder 12 is connected to one pressure chamber 24 of a buffer cylinder 22, a pilot pump 17, or a hydraulic power source of a remote-control valve 18 is connected to the other pressure chamber 27, and a piston 23 is actuated based on the difference in the pressures introduced to the both pressure chambers 24, 27 so as to absorb the pressure fluctuation of the boom cylinder 12 and suppress the vibration.
