PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide REDOX secondary cell for detecting electrical insulation defect of tank, its operation method and method for detecting electrical insulation defect place of its tank. SOLUTION: The secondary cell of the present invention comprises an electrolyte circulation path including the electrolyte tank, liquid which encloses at least the bottom wall and side walls of the electrolyte tank and contacts the electrolyte tank from outside, electrolyte catalyst terminal which contact the electrolyte, outside liquid contact terminal which contacts the liquid, and a electric measurement equipment wired between the electrolyte contact terminal and outside liquid contact terminal. |
