METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RAPIDLY PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL SAMPLE USING STICKER

PURPOSE: Provided are a method and apparatus for producing a sample using a sticker coated by an adhesive having a sufficient adhesion at room temperature instead of paper on which a heat sensitive adhesive or heat sensitive toner is coated. In the event of verification of a design before the production of a product in a maker, the apparatus allows simple and easy production of a sample. CONSTITUTION: The three-dimensional sample is prepared by steps: providing a sticker comprising a sticker sheet coated by an adhesive agent layer having an adhesion at room temperature on one face and a protective sheet for covering the adhesive agent layer of the sticker sheet; separating a protective sheet from the sticker; adhering the sticker sheet to a flat form by the adhesive agent layer; cutting the sticker sheet adhered to the flat form into a specified sectional form; separating the remaining sticker sheet except the adhered portion; and laminating the cut sticker sheet. The apparatus comprises: a roll set comprising a sticker supply roll(11), a separation roll(14), a sticker sheet guide roll(15), a recombination roll(17) and a winding roll; a cutting device(32); and a flat form(36) having a working face(37).
