PURPOSE: A fence panel and an installing method of a post-less fence using the fence panel is provided to install a fence on a foundation of a retaining wall and a single footing only with a fence panel without posts and to facilitate conveyance and transportation. CONSTITUTION: A body(1) of a perspective-type fence panel forms the plate shape of a regular size. A fixture(2) with a punched hole is welded at the lower end of both sides of the fence panel body. A stud anchor bolt pin(5) of an upper side is formed to project partly at regular intervals on a retaining wall foundation(4) formed by a concrete method and inserted in a fixed hole of both ends of the fixture bonded to the fence panel body. The fixed hole and the stud anchor bolt pin are bonded in one by welding or bolt-joints. One fence(6) comprises several fabricated fence panels in a row.
