PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source circuit realizing an electrooptical device in which the display unevenness caused by ripples which are generated in a driving voltage does not appear. SOLUTION: In this power source circuit, when the number of pieces of a reference signal which are generared in a vertical scanning period (frame) is an even number, a timing when a driving voltage is generated is shifted by a time equivalent to one cycle of a latch signal (the reference signal) before and after the vertical scanning period is changed over. As a result, ripples which are superposed for every vertical scanning period are cancelled. For example, when this power source circuit is used for a liquid crystal display device, the display unnevenness can be suppressed.
