PURPOSE: The wireless hands-free unit for a cellular phone is provided to enable a cellular phone subscriber to call conveniently when the subscriber wants to make a call via the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A handset(100) includes a microphone(4) for converting a voice signal to an electric signal, a modulator(5) for modulating the signal output from the microphone(4) to a radio signal, and a transceiver(3) for transmitting the output signal of the modulator(5) and receiving a radio input signal. The handset(100) further includes a de-modulator(2) for demodulating the signal received from the transceiver(3), a speaker(1) for converting the demodulated signal to a voice signal, and an incoming switch(6) for enabling the incoming of a signal. A terminal interface part(200) includes a transceiver(7) for transmitting and receiving a signal to/from the handset(100), a de-modulator(9) for demodulating the signal received from the handset(100), a modulator(8) for modulating the signal applied from a terminal, a transmission reception part(10) for transmitting and receiving the signal received from the handset(100) to/from the terminal, and an incoming switch(11).
