PURPOSE: A reinforcing panel of a concrete structure is provided to recover and maintain the design safety strength of a damaged concrete structure and reduce the necessity of continuous maintenance and repair. CONSTITUTION: An injection molded one way fiber with high tensile strength is regularly arranged to have one more layer. A main tensile layer(8) is deposited into the compound of resin and formed. The fiber sheet of a mesh-type or amorphous cross-linking image is respectively bonded on the upper and lower sides of the main tensile layer as a sub tensile layer(6). A charging layer(4) is formed to press on the upper and lower side of the sub tensile layer in the state mixed an addition like resin, fiber, silica, CaCO3, Talk or pigment selectively.
