WASTE WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT USING IMMERSED SEPARATION MEMBRANE WITH SUCTION VACUUM REMOVING FUNCTION AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A waste water treatment equipment using an immersed separation membrane with suction vacuum removing function is provided, which can remove easily impurities attached on the surface of the separation membrane caused by air and water flow in an aeration tank, by reducing the suction vacuum established during operation at the time of shut down of a suction pump, so that the operating time of an immersion membrane can be extended and waste water treatment performance can be stabilized. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) an aeration tank (4) for receiving waste water and treating it by aerobic condition; (ii) a separation membrane module (7) immersed in the aeration tank (4); (iii) an air diffusing pipe (6) installed beneath the separation membrane module (7) for supplying air to the separation membrane module (7); (iv) a suction pump (9) for discharging treated water to discharging device; (v) a by-pass (12) set parallel to the suction pump (9) for back flowing the treated water to separation membrane module (7); and (vi) a treated water damper (13) for temporarily storing the treated water.
