PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stepwise clean waste water from can wash by using first and second filters even if a primary tank is removed and the number of pumps is reduced and to also automatically perform the on-off control of a pump. SOLUTION: In a car washing waste water recycling system, only one pump 29 is provided and first filter means 21-24 are provided on the side of the suction port of the pump and second filter means 25-28 are provided on the side of the discharge port of the pump. Therefore, a primary tank for storing the treated water after passed through the first filter means is unnecessary and only one water tank 30 may be provided. Since the pump 29 stops sucking operation and water feed operation automatically when the flow of treated water is stopped by the action of an automatic stop valve 31, it is unnecessary to perform complicated on-off control in cooperation with a car wash machine and the whole constitution of the system can be simplified.
