PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic operation device capable of surely contacting a treating part with an object part, capable of cauterizing the object part over a wide area and safely treatable without causing a burn even if the device contacts with a normal tissue. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic operation device is composed of an ultrasonic wave transmitting member 7, a sheath 2 for covering the ultrasonic wave transmitting member 7, an opening part 8 arranged in a side surface of the sheath 2 and a treating part 9 being arranged on the ultrasonic wave transmitting member 7, forming a projecting shape adapted to the opening part 8 and ultrasonically treating a lesion part via the opening part 8.
