摘要 PURPOSE: A pseudo reduction method, a reducing characteristics evaluation method and a pseudo reduction apparatus are provided to evaluate high temperature reduction characteristics such as adhesion characteristics, reduction degradation and reducing property of iron ore inside a shaft type reduction furnace. CONSTITUTION: The pseudo reduction apparatus of iron ore comprises an inner reaction tube(11) in which a reduction furnace(111) is installed, and at the upper part of which a gas exhaust line(112) is formed; an outer reaction tube(12) which is positioned at the surroundings of the inner reaction tube(11) with spaced apart therefrom in a certain distance so as to form a reduction gas supplying path in a space between the outer reaction tube(12) and the inner reaction tube(11); an electric heating furnace(20) heating and maintaining a temperature of raw ore and reduction gas to a reduction temperature; a load loading device(30) adding a load to the raw ore; a pressure difference measuring device(50) measuring a pressure difference between the front and end parts of a raw ore layer during supplying of the reduction gas for reducing the raw ore; and an elevation measuring device(60) quantitatively observing expansion/contraction behaviors of the raw ore during reduction.
