<p>An implant adapted to be inserted into a vessel of a patient suffering from at least one of aneurysmal disease and stneotic, the implant being expandable such that when positioned within the vessel it substantially fills the aneurysmal disease, the implant further being expandable such that when positioned within the vessel it substantially fills the aneurysmal sac of the vessel and having a surface, the surface being adapted to abut with an intraluminal graft inserted into the vessel, among other ways of facilitating exclusion or ameliorative reduction of such disease states.</p> |
