PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the feeding amount of ink from remarkably varying due to the change in temperature and contrive to solve problems such as the blur in writing and the drip-drop of ink in a free-ink type writing utensil, which supplies the ink having the viscosity lower than 100 mPa.s in an ink tank little by little to a pen point tip through a ball tip valve. SOLUTION: At this coating tool, a follower 8 for controlling the effluent amount of ink through the opening of a valve chamber and preventing the ink from back flowing is built in a tank 3 at the rear end side of the low viscosity ink. Further, as the viscidity 8b comprising the follower 8, a composition, the ratio of the viscosity at 5 deg.C to the viscosity at 35 deg.C of which is 2 or less, such as a silicone-based back-flow preventing agent is employed. |
